High performance caulking further assists in keeping Florida’s summer heat exactly where it should remain – outside. Plumbing systems are also structured in such a way as to reduce connections, a process that not only prevents the risk of leaks, but also helps ensure faster delivery of water where it is needed (without the degree of water-flow noise heard in some homes). Other innovations allow for Smart technology solutions, applications that enable home owners to benefit from enhanced security features or more optimal control of thermostats, lighting systems and more. The home may be at the heart of a family, but trust these come with a lot of brains too. While full details on the available home models at Waters Edge have yet to emerge, Pulte will reportedly offer designs that include the Clubview and Pinnacle models. The homes here will provide from 1,659 to more than 2,488 square-feet of living area, and will allow for two to four bedrooms and two to four bathroom. Attached garage space will allow for parking of two to three cars.
